Asia Eve

Just like Christmas, we are anxious on this night before the excitement begins early tomorrow morning. It still feels much like a dream - but the packing is helping to keep us in reality.

Procrastanation is the only way to plan to go to the other side of the world. Nonetheless, our flights leave first thing tomorrow, and then our 16 hour flight to Tokyo begins. We were thinking about drinking red bull and staying up all night so we could ensure to sleep on the plane but our more practical selves thought a good night's rest may be the better way to go. With the +14 hour time difference, it is hard to gauge how we will feel when we arrive in Tokyo but we are pretty sure that the adrenal rush of being in Asia will keep us going (a cup or two of green tea wouldn't hurt though).

Better get back to packing!! Party on, dudes.

Two Days til Asia

Well, here's our first blog entry - just two days until we leave for Asia on our wild adventure through Japan and Thailand. We're very excited and anxious to begin this journey to Tokyo, Tsumago, Kyoto, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We hope to keep everyone updated as often as possible during our trip so you can join us on our adventure. We'll be packing tonight and preparing for the journey, since tomorrow will most likely be crazy. Write more soon.
